SHARING IS CARING: THE EUROPEAN DREAM

Set in modern-day London, “Sharing is Caring” follows a young, international squat the day they get discovered by the police. What started as a utopian community soon turns into a war zone where old friendships break and unlikely alliances form.

“Sharing” is a metaphor on Europe, celebrating our collective history in all its glory and grief. It examines our political inheritance to this day, and the impact of high-level politics on common folks’ interactions.

Reflecting on notions of mental health and class inequality, it asks two of the most burning questions of our times: What is privilege? Can one ever unlearn what they’ve been taught?

Cast: Dan Anderson, Rachael Cummins, Jim Duah, Klervi Gavet, Luca Lavagetto, Jean Lee Summers

Crew: Büke Erkoç (Assistant Director), Ceren Özbudun
(Sound Designer), Beril Yavuz (Lighting Designer)

“Sharing” will be playing at Theatre Deli in London, on the 22nd and 23rd November 2024.
